GANTT ACADEMY’S RELATIONSHIP WITH PMI

  • Gantt Academy has been reviewed and approved as a provider of project management training by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Gantt Academy has been approved by PMI to issue Contact Hours and PDUs for our PMP Certification Classes and other courses.
  • All Gantt Academy trainers are PMP certified and hold Authorized Training Partner Instructor status.
  • The PMI Authorized Training Partner seal, PMI logo, Project Management Professional (PMP) , PMBOK and CPMAI are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.

We provide a true 100% money back guarantee for our certification preparation courses. To be eligible for the guarantee, you must complete the following within 300 calendar days of completing the course.

  1. You must attend the entire Gantt Academy course, attend the one-hour 1-1 follow up tutoring session and complete at least one Gantt Academy practice exam.
  2. If you fail the exam the first time, you will receive up to five (5) hours of tutoring free. During this time we will review your exam results, help you build a recovery plan and tutor you through areas of weakness.
  3. If you do not pass the certification exam in three attempts, we will refund your entire course tuition.

CLASS SIZE GUARANTEE – US Classes

  • Student size at free classes is not capped.
  • Long format (4 days or longer) publicly advertised US courses 4 days or longer are capped at five students.
  • Short format (1 day or less) publicly advertised US courses are capped at eight students.
  • Private classes can be any size desired by the group or organization requesting the class.
  • International classes (classes scheduled outside of US time zones) are capped differently. See individual class listings for details.

STUDENT CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

We recognize that flexible scheduling is important to project managers. Students may exchange their class registration for another scheduled Gantt Academy class up to 24 hours in advance.

Student may cancel up to 15 business days before class is scheduled to begin and receive a refund of tuition less a 3% processing fee.  To cancel, please contact customer service.

In exceptional circumstances and at its sole discretion, Gantt Academy may grant exceptions to the student cancellation policy. Just contact customer service.

VENUE CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not bait-and-switch. All classes are guaranteed to run per the dates, locations and instructors listed. If circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as a COVID lockdown), force a change; students will be offered a choice between rescheduling or a full refund.

ASSIGNMENT

Student shall not assign, transfer, sell, delegate or subcontract any of their rights or obligations under the Terms without the prior written consent of The Gantt Academy.

INFORMATIONAL CONTENT

Informational content on our website, such as News and Blog Posts, is provided on an “as is” basis and should not necessarily be solely relied upon and should not to be construed to be professional advice from us.

CHOICE OF LAW

The Agreement, its subject matter or its formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Santa Clara County and the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law provisions thereof.

Both parties agree that disputes under these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration using a mutually agreeable arbitrator located in Santa Clara County.

EXCEPTIONS

These terms and conditions apply only to Gantt Academy classes purchased through the Gantt Academy website. It does not cover class agreements that are covered under a separate contract, such as subcontracted ATP classes or private classes which are closed to public enrollment.
